Caliper arrived quickly and was clearly of very high quality. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the right one for my car - as much my fault as anyone's, I should have known that a Saab Aero has uprated brakes - but the nice people at Spares Hut talked me through the returns process, even e-mailing me at 10pm with the correct OEM code for the part so that I could order from a different supplier! Exemplary service. I'll be using them again.
